Do You Need Additional Popcorn before Order 2?
Replenishments - New Process
We have a new process for weekly popcorn replenishments!
Units needing additional popcorn will now place their replenishment order directly through the Trail’s End Leader Portal. Under Orders, select the replenishment week you need popcorn for.
Important Details:
- Weekly replenishment ordering opens one week prior.
- Orders are open Monday through Sunday night.
- Orders will be ready for pickup at 12:00 PM on Thursday at the Volunteer Service Center|1800 Circle 75 Parkway| SE| Atlanta, GA
- Can’t make the Thursday noon pickup? Contact Mary Chesser at mary.chesser@scouting.org to arrange another pickup date or time.
- Missed the Sunday cutoff? Email Mary on Monday, so your order can be entered for that Thursday’s pickup.

How to Enter a Replenishment Order
Reminder - Council Order 2 is Due - September 13th.
Please ensure your unit’s popcorn order is entered in the Trail’s End Leader Portal by the deadline.
Before submitting your order, review the number of storefronts your unit has scheduled and the number of Scouts participating to help estimate how much popcorn your unit will need.
Pickup details will be sent after the council order has been placed.
