As the Atlanta Area Council prepares for an exciting 2025 popcorn season, we invite all Scouting volunteers and leaders to attend the upcoming Council Coordinated Meeting and Product Sales Breakout Session.
Council Coordinated Meeting
Date: Wednesday, October 22, 2024
Time: Light Dinner at 6:00 PM | Program begins at 6:30 PM
Location: Volunteer Service Center
1800 Circle 75 Parkway SE, Atlanta, GA 30339
The general session is a valuable opportunity to:
- Receive important updates from the Council
- Connect and collaborate with fellow volunteers
- Learn about key initiatives for the upcoming year

Product Sales Breakout Session
Time: Begins at approximately 7:00 PM
Location Options:

In-Person: Volunteer Service Center, Atlanta

Virtual: Attend via Zoom
Register for the Zoom Breakout Session
This breakout session will include:
- Order 3 (Take Order) Logistics
- State of the Corn Address
Attendance will be taken for both in-person and Zoom participants.
Units must attend two Council Coordinated Product Sales Breakout Sessions to qualify for the 2025 bonus commission — don’t miss your chance to earn credit!
