This is a great opportunity for all District Operating Committee Chairs and District leadership to come together and share information, best practices, ideas, and fellowship.

We are combining the House of Scouts and Key Leader’s conference this year. Below is the schedule:

• 7:30am - Registration / Breakfast starts
• 8:00am - General Session begins
• 10:30am – Council Operating Committees begin
