Requirements covered for the Citizenship in Nation MB will be 1,2,3,4, and 6. Scouts will discuss requirement 8 as well, and they could send their letter that day IF they have a device with them.
Scouts should choose a speech for requirement 6 beforehand. However, the Merit Badge Counselor does NOT approve "The Gettysburg Address" or "I have a dream".
Scouts will be supported by the Merit Badge Counselor through completion providing it is their desire.
