Defend the castle; slay some dragons. Or, at least pretend to. Have some extra cardboard boxes laying around? Fancy it up with a second blade and a shield - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sjnIhp_TBPc and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NmTJUjSG_PY

Did you build the Pinewood Derby car of your dreams this year? If not, and you’ve got a box of Lego pieces laying around - about $9 will get you some real deal Pinewood wheels that you can use with your Legos to make the impossible possible. https://www.pinewoodpro.com/lego-derby-car-racing.php or https://www.amazon.com/Pinewood-Pro-PRO-Brick-Wheel/dp/B00V548X36 (Please note that Lego cars are probably not legal in most Scout Pinewood Derbies, but you could ask - and you may want to break out the Crazy glue.)
-
Make hand washing fun again (maybe) with your own zany homemade soaps - https://www.pbs.org/parents/crafts-and-experiments/how-to-make-soap
-
Celebrate love day by sharing some of it. Looking for some safe pandemic service? Pickup a pencil and write a short note of thanks and appreciation to the special people in your life. Actually write it on real paper, and send it in the mail - you’ll really surprise people. Who should you write to? It could be anyone you know who’s a firefighter, police officer, EMS, doctor, teacher, or caring adult in your life. It’s like sending a Valentine, but for the awesome people in our lives.

Scout Sunday, Sabbath, & Jumuah - A Scout is Reverent and Friendly, so why not be reverent with your Scout friends? Find out more about Scouting’s calendar of religious observances here: https://www.atlantabsa.org/dutytogod and make a plan to attend as a unit, patrol, den, or family with others of your faith. It’s what a Scout does in February.
