Model Rocket Launch Day

Cost: Free
Details: Open to all youth, specifically Cub Scouts, to launch rockets and have fun!
Derby Day & Scout Show at Bass Pro Shops

Adventurequest
When: Saturday, September 6, 2025 | 9:00AM - 3:00PM
Where: Cherokee Outdoor YMCA (201 E Bells Ferry Rd, Woodstock, GA 30188)
Cost: $10 per Scout *pre-registration online* | $15 per Scout *registration on-site*
Details: All youth grades K-5th are welcome to participate in fun Cub Scout activities like fishing, BB’s, archery, robot races, first aid, camping expo, games, and more!

Fall Camporee
When: October 24-26, 2025
Where: Woodruff Scout Camp
Cost: $100 unit deposit | $20 per Scout/$10 per Leader *if registration/payment submitted by 8/1* | $25 per Scout/$15 per Leader *if registration/payment submitted after 8/1*
Details: Join us for a weekend of games, competition, and adventure at Woodruff Scout Camp! Registration is now open for to “reserve” your spot and enter estimated participants. For units that reserve and pay the deposit by May 1, will receive a troop special ribbon for unit flag. Open to all troops, crews, ships and Scouts ages 11-17.
Leader Recognition Banquet
When: Thursday, December 5, 2025 | 7:00PM – 9:30PM
Where: Timbers at Etowah (Liberty Hill UMC) 225 Reformation Pkwy Suite 202, Canton, GA
Cost: $25 per person
