STEM Nova Awards

Scouting America has discontinued the STEM Nova Awards effective June 1, 2022 and the patch will no longer be sold at the Scout Shops or the Council office.  The Atlanta Area Council will still be delivering STEM programs, but awards will now be handled at the district and unit level.  Completed applications for STEM Nova Awards should be collected and approved by Unit and District Advancement Chairs or Unit leaders. 

Leaders and parents may purchase awards through Class B and Crown Awards.

STEM Nova Counselor applications should be submitted on the online Merit Badge Counselor system.  Approved counselors will appear on the list for parents and leaders to contact for help in their Scout achieving these accomplishments.
