Real Talk Panel Discussion
Open and informative discussions about the journey of becoming an Eagle Scout,  with insights from Eagle Scouts ranging from high school age, college, and seasoned professionals.

Schedule

• Registration Check-in: 8:30 AM
• Welcome Ceremony/Orientation: 9:00 AM
• Merit Badge Classes Start: 9:30 AM
• Real Talk Eagle Scout Panel Discussion: 1:30 PM
• Closing Ceremony Ends: 5:00 PM

This is your chance to equip your troop with the tools for success while advancing toward the Eagle Scout rank. We welcome you and your troop to register and be part of this transformative event.

Community Service Project
Troops and Scouts are invited to participate in a meaningful community service project in partnership with GOODR – Atlanta, supporting individuals and families across the Metro Atlanta community.

To maximize impact and simplify distribution, we kindly ask that donated items be provided in consistent quantities (for example: a dozen, one box, or one pack of the same item). We encourage Troops or individual Scouts to bring 12 identical items whenever possible (e.g., 12 boxes of tissues or 12 packs of plates).  Participating Troops/Scouts will get 1 hour of Community Service from GOODR.

History of Success

• 2023:  Inaugural Fall AMBU with 150 Scouts attended.
• 2024:  2^nd Fall AMBU participation grew to 250 Scouts, making it a resounding success.
• 2025: 1^st Spring AMBU with 150 Scouts in attendance, focused on obtaining Eagle required merit badges.
• 2025: 3^rd Fall AMBU was a record-breaking success, engaging nearly 300 Scouts in over 40 diverse merit badge classes.

Cancellation, No Refund, and No Transfer Policy

To ensure that we can continue to offer high-quality programming at an affordable cost for all participants, the following policy applies to all registrations:

1. No Cancellations or Refunds
   • Once registration is completed and payment is submitted, no cancellations or refunds will be issued (except for the CPR class).
   • This policy allows us to maintain the low registration fees while covering essential event expenses, including instructional materials, merit badge counselors, facilities, and meals for the Scouts.
2. No Transfers or Substitutions
   • Registrations cannot be transferred to another participant or applied to a future event (except for the CPR class)
   • Each registration is only valid for the individual Scout registered at the time of payment and for the specific event date.
3. Event Commitment
   • Please register only when you are certain that your Scout can attend the event.
   • We encourage families to review their schedules before completing the registration process.
